My journey in technology began in 2012, driven by curiosity and a passion for digital systems. I officially entered the IT field in 2016 and have since built hands-on experience across Microsoft technologies, Apple platforms, network and system administration, enterprise support, and cybersecurity.

Over the years, I have progressed from technical support and administration into senior technical and infrastructure-focused roles.
